"Thermoplastic polyester triaxial fabric" is a high-tech material born from traditional techniques. Unlike conventional biaxial fabrics where the warp and weft threads intersect at 90 degrees, triaxial fabrics consist of a lattice-like structure where three threads intersect at 60 degrees, allowing loads to be distributed in three directions. This makes them very lightweight yet exceptionally strong. By using a dual-structure yarn with a high melting point core and a low melting point outer layer, the fabric can be processed through thermal molding.
